Chris
Salas

Chris Salas joined Greg Strudwick & Associates (GS&A)
in 1998. He attended Tarleton State University where
he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Education
and is endorsed by the State Board of Texas with a Teacher
Certificate. He also attended the University of Texas,
School of Law in Austin, TX. Chris has over 30 years
of Human Resource Management experience and has worked
for companies such as Texas Instruments, the City of
Austin and the manager of employment for the University
of Texas at Dallas. Currently, Chris is involved with
Bilingual Education with the community and various schools
in supporting their staffing plans.
Chris is promoting safety standards through field orientation,
training and program development. |

Greg
Mooney

Greg L. Mooney, owner of Grey Moon-Safety Services,
joined Greg Strudwick & Associates (GS&A) in
2007. Bringing with him, over 36 successful years of
Heavy Construction Safety Management experience. Field
and Corporate experiences include: Concrete and Earth-Filled
Dams, Cut & Cover, ATM and Drill & Shoot Tunneling,
Industrial Plant Construction, High-Speed Railroad improvement,
Highway Paving and Bridge Building, Variety of Major
Utility Excavation Operations, Steel Erection and High
Rise construction. Greg also spent time as a Senior
Risk Consultant for one of the nations largest insurance
companies, providing services to contractors from Texas
to Florida.
Greg is a current OSHA Outreach Trainer, authorized
to conduct 10 and 30-hour Construction Outreach Training.
His experience brings a unique blend of a wide variety
of construction safety management and training skills
to GS&A - T.E.A.M. Safety and our clients.
Greg is promoting safety standards through site audits
and training, program development and consultation in
the Dallas / Fort Worth area. |

Rocky
Stone

Ronald (Rocky) Stone joined Greg Strudwick & Associates (GS&A) in 2005. He has credentials and training unique to the construction industry. Rocky is a retired twenty-seven year veteran with the Texas Department of Public Safety where he was serving as a Senior Trooper. Rocky’s experience with the TDPS was as a Drivers License Trooper, a Texas Highway Patrol Trooper and the past 20+ years he has served as a Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Trooper.
Rocky is an associate staff member with the National Training Center in Washington D.C. as an instructor for Title 49 Hazardous Material Regulation and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, Roadside Inspection. He is a trainer of DOT required training courses and compliance review audits.
Rocky is promoting safety standards through site audits and training, program development and consultation in the South Texas area. |

Ed
Williams

Ed Williams joined Greg Strudwick & Associates (GS&A)
with over 25 years experience in the construction industry.
Ed attended Sam Houston State University where he received
his BBA. He since has been in the construction safety
business serving in the distribution, and in the manufacturing
of safety equipment, as well as experience as safety
director for a national contractor. Ed has been conducting
safety related seminars as an OSHA outreach instructor,
is NUCA certified instructor for Excavation Competent
Person and Confined Space Entry trainer, and has worked
with AGC, NUCA, and other contractor associations and
their safety programs.
Ed is promoting construction safety across the country
through consulting, training and participating in contractor
associations. |

Cesar DeVargas
Cesar DeVargas has worked in the construction industry for over 40 years. His work on nuclear and conventional power plants, petrochemical and chemical refineries, as well as off-shore platforms construction and startups has taken him across the United States and to many parts of the world. Mr. DeVargas has seen firsthand the disastrous results that lack of training and poor safety records bring. He has witnessed the tremendous costs and delays directly related to accidents and unsafe work environments.
Mr. DeVargas has also seen the benefits of proper safety knowledge and applied safety techniques. As a certified OSHA trainer, It is this knowledge that he brings to you and your workers. |

Kenneth Price, Jr. Kenneth Price has worked in the construction industry for over 40 years. He attended Texas Tech University and received his B.S. in Civil Engineering. He continued his education at the University of Dallas at Arlington and later received his P.E. He has extensive experience working with OSHA and MSHA (Mine Safety & Health Administration).
Ken has a notable history of leading large organizations to significant improvements in safety as well as performing Workmen’s Compensation inspections for insurance underwriters in three different states. He worked for a major utility company for thirty-three years where he managed large mining operations and drastically improved safety during each assignment. Ken has held a variety of positions in environmental health and safety management and has extensive knowledge of state and federal regulations. |

a photography services company that provides a variety
of photographic services and photography education.
After a career in technical support and sales at IBM,
Rob founded GreatPhotography in 1992. He began teaching
photography courses at Southern Methodist University
(SMU) ten years ago and is now one of the most popular
instructors in the SMU Continuing and Professional Education
program. Over two thousand students have enrolled in
Rob’s classes and he continues to offer classes
and workshops today.
Rob is an active member of the Professional Photographers
of America (PPA) and is a Certified Professional Photographer
(CPP). In the 2008 International Print Competition Rob
had all four of his entries selected for inclusion in
the International Print Exhibition and one of the entries
selected for the prestigious Loan Collection.
Rob is also an active officer in the Coppell Community
Emergency Response Team and in the past has served on
the board of the Dallas American Red Cross as Director
of Disaster Services.
