was incorporated in June 1992 to provide safety training
and awareness to the general contracting industry through
education, attitude enhancement and the ability to manage
job site hazards. Our goal is to control or eliminate
any hazard on a construction jobsite by providing individual
site-specific training in OSHA Standards and compliance.
G. S. & A promotes safety through the utilization
of their T.E.A.M. safety concept. A concept designed
to enhance participation from upper management thru
the un-skilled laborer at each job site. Total participation
has been recognized as the key to a successful safety
and compliance culture. Our team is available 24/7 to
assist you in meeting your safety needs.

base in the development of comprehensive safety programs,
manuals, employee hand books, in-house hands on training
and field services. Our field services include employee
coaching, job site inspections, on-site tool box safety
meetings and presentation of videos that provide specific
training to field personnel.

through nationally recognized training agencies, including
NUCA (National Utility Contractor’s Association),
OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Administration),
NSC (National Safety Council) and ARTBA (American Road
and Transportation Builders Association). Our association

the most comprehensive training resources available today.
